Combustion Burner Heating System
It adopts the radiated tube combustion burner maufaetured by the European countries and the United States, The calorific capacity is great. The heating speed and temperature increasing speed are fast. The CO.NO spreaded out is Iow. There is an equipment collecting the waste heat for recuperaUon and for saving the fuel.
The ignition controller is matched with UV fire detector, It can safety and stebly control the temperature of quenching furnace, and lengthen the life of combustion tube.
The power consumption is very less. It is sufiable for being used on the areas where the electricity supply is inadequate or the gas is Iowpriced. It can effectively reduce the cost of production.
In case of power failure, only a smallsized electricity generator is required. Then production can be continued immediately. Since the termination of production is not required, the loss is reduced.
Atmosphere Control System
It adopts the oxygen concentration detector made by MMI company of the United States and computer controller. It can precisely control and record the atmosphere inside the furnace to asure the quality of products. It avoids excessive addition of carbon gas to create a great deal of accumulated carbon in the workpieces and inside the funace. That would not poor quality, but also create bad effects to the equipments.
